Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all jewelry purchases are final and non-returnable.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
We highly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizes, and images carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@thehope.am with your order number.
After 24 hours, your order will enter processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect each piece before it leaves our studio.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report a damaged item:

Include your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your case and assist you with a replacement or another suitable solution.
Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or natural gemstones are normal and not considered defects, as each piece is handcrafted and unique.
